The 2010 Licensing International Expo is providing specialized services for the international community to help educate, facilitate and promote the global audience representing 82 different countries. Returning this year will be the popular Retail Tour; a one-day tour where audiences will learn retail and licensing strategies from the leading U.S.-based retailers. “Licensing International Expo 2010 is adding specific areas within our show floor to reflect the growth we’re experiencing in emerging segments including video games, apparel and entertainment,” said Liz Crawford, show director, Advanstar Communications. “This year’s show also provides opportunities for marketing professionals to grow their brand while significantly raising incremental revenue as consumer audiences grow increasingly difficult to reach.” Last year marked the first year the Licensing International Expo moved from New York to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, providing strong results with more than 113 new exhibiting companies and 130 new retailer attendee companies. “Our Licensing University conference program will be stronger than ever this year, providing valuable information and education for all levels and segments of the industry,” said Charles Riotto, president, International Licensing Industry Merchandisers’ Association (LIMA). “As our international membership continues to grow and licensing expands to a greater number of global markets, we expect to see this trend reflected in an expanding worldwide attendee base for this year’s show.” Pricing and Reservations: |
