Toei Animation Europe S.A.S will launch on March 3rd the Dragon Ball Z series in SVOD with the Internet provider FREE. The FREE SVOD offer called FHV DBZ*, will propose for the first time in France the episodes of this popular series in unlimited for 4,99 € per month.
