Legwear Products Featuring Baby Genius Characters
Slated for Spring 2010 Retail Debut in U.S. and Canada

Pacific Entertainment Corporation (PINK SHEETS: PENT) has signed United Legwear Company LLC as a legwear licensee for its award-winning Baby Genius® brand in the U.S. and Canada, it was announced by Larry Balaban, CCO. The Joester Loria Group, exclusive licensing agency for Baby Genius, brokered the deal. The three-year agreement grants United Legwear rights to manufacture and distribute Baby Genius-themed infant and toddler legwear products featuring the fun and playful Baby Genius characters. Product categories include infant and toddler bibs, socks, tights, leggings, slipper socks and booties.

The initial line of products is slated for a fall 2010 debut at retail.
