Nickelodeon Consumer Products have signed a raft of deals for the Iberian Peninsula and Spanish speaking LatAm for classic children’s animation brands, taking in SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer plus iCarly, among others.
In the clothing categories in Spain, Boibe has signed for SpongeBob children’s underwear and pyjamas, while Drave Mad has signed for SpongeBob slippers and other footwear including boots, sandals and trainers, for both Spain and Portugal. |

Jaslen (Utopica Mentes) has inked a deal for SpongeBob SquarePants in Spain for a range of trolley and travel bags for children through to teens. The collection includes backpacks, travel shoe bags, travel toilet bags and wheeled trolleys. Launching this summer, the Jaslen range will be available at El Corte Inglés, plus mass market, specialty and independent retailers.
SpongeBob SquarePants mural decorations and stickers are to launch from European Holographics in retailers including El Corte Inglés, Carrefour, Leroy Merlin, Aki, Drim and Conforama. |

Among the LatAm deals, Norma Carvajal has signediCarly and teen-focussed telenovela Isa TKM (Isa Te Quiero Mucho) in a wide-ranging South America and Caribbean territory deal across back-to-school products including binders, composition books, planners and organisers, folders, notebooks and portfolios. The range is being sold across retail speciality stores, department stores and supermarkets.
Tupperware has signed deals on Dora The Explorer, Go! Diego, Go!, Nick Jr. Backyardigans and SpongeBob SquarePants on collections of lunch boxes, sandwich bags, bottles, cups and mugs and kitchen storage and tabletop products across LatAm. The SpongeBob SquarePants On-The-Go large-capacity tumbler, aimed at encouraging kids to drink healthy drinks, is a highlight of the range. The deals also covers Brazil. | |
