Skywriter Media and Entertainment Group is pleased to announce that it has appointed Gwen Jones McCauley as Vice President of Distribution and Acquisitions. McCauley has been hired to oversee the company’s distribution division while Paula McLaren is on maternity leave; it was announced today by Kevin Gillis, President and CEO of Skywriter.

McCauley brings an expansive and distinguished career in international sales and distribution to Skywriter. She joins the company from Cookie Jar Entertainment where she served as VP of Distribution and Sales Operations and was responsible for Canadian pre-sales, library sales and home entertainment sales to broadcasters for animated and live-action programming. Prior to that, McCauley held various senior sales management positions at BBC Worldwide Canada.
