Scorpio Knowledge stings - at least at “Scorpio”: The team which arrives at the reptile’s tail after a sheer marathon of questions has to answer not only one question for the finals, but even five questions in a row. That’s why some teams run out of steam just before the finish line – a good chance to catch up for their competitors. The time factor adds to the suspense: The clock decides how long a team can discuss their answer. If they get it right, they advance three fields. Is their answer wrong, the other teams can seize their chance and make their guess. In contrast to other trivia games, players with sound general knowledge not inevitably win at “Scorpio”. After all, this special trivia game was developed by Activity designer Paul Catty – a man with a good nose for amusing, inventive and ingenious questions.
Andere Länder – andere Sitten Extraordinary and even exotic topics are questioned by Piatnik’s new trivia game “Andere Länder – andere Sitten” (So many countries, so many customs). It takes players on a journey to the most remote corners of the world, explores foreign cultures, and introduces regional customs, strange rituals as well as local peculiarities. Even confirmed globe trotters have to skip their turn more than once, and learn a lot about amazing, strange or even weird habits. |
