New Kids Program Line-Up Recently Acquired From Niolan Entertainment

Breakthrough Entertainment announced today the acquisition of three new children’s animation properties from Niolan Entertainment. The Mooh Brothers, Robot Zoo and The Droogles will be introduced to broadcasters for the first time at this year’s MIPCOM.

The Mooh Brothers (26x11) -- The Mooh Brothers is a character-driven program that also cleverly underscores environmentally-conscious themes. Set on a picturesque farm run by two cow brothers named Barton and Wilton Mooh and a cast of kooky characters, The Mooh Brothers provides entertainment and adventure in a very unique and vibrant animated style.

Robot Zoo (26 x 11) -- Bringing back retro style animation, Robot Zoo is full of cutting-edge humor and exciting visuals in a world where imagination writes the programming and the dial is set for fun. Somewhere in the far flung galaxy exists an out-of-this-orbit world known as Planet Bot where zany retro Robots live, work and play. They find themselves in one hilarious adventure after another as they race on the backs of bouncing Robots, swim with the Seatrons, or end up in an AirDroid with a mind of its own. You never know what will happen next with these colorful characters.

The Droogles (26 x 11) -- A fantasy series involving some very curious, clumsy, and slightly mischievous characters combining both puppetry and 2-D animation to entertain children through stories, songs and adventures. Each episode revolves around letters of the alphabet from A – Z supported by other themes like colours, opposites, the senses and basic social skills. These adorable creatures resemble baby Dragons whose small wings seldom take them anywhere and toddlers will be mesmerized by these colorful playmates.

The Mooh Brothers, Robot Zoo, and The Droogles were produced by Niolan Entertainment. Breakthrough Entertainment holds the worldwide distribution rights for all three series.

At MIPCOM 2010, Breakthrough will be located at #00.01 in the Canadian Pavilion.
