As well as being a Director of CPLG, Chris has held the position of Managing Director of CPLG Sport for the last ten years where he has been responsible for the rapid and successful growth of this division of the company. His promotion to the newly created role comes as part of a restructuring following Katarina Dietrich’s departure as CEO of CPLG.
Chris will be responsible for the strategic management and leadership of the business and will be working alongside Steve Manners, who has recently been appointed Executive Vice-President & Director of Entertainment and has responsibility for dealing with existing licensors and acquiring new rights from either existing or new licensors.
“I’m delighted to be taking on this exciting role,” says Chris, “CPLG has experienced a period of sustained growth over the last few years and is now a truly global business. I am looking forward to the challenge of taking things even further and driving the company’s role in licensing the biggest and best names in entertainment, design and sport.”
Michael Hirsh says “Chris has built an exciting business in sports licensing within CPLG over the past decade and we look forward to continuing to grow the overall CPLG business together with Chris’ leadership and experience. |
