SEGA® Europe Ltd. is pleased to welcome Sissel Henno Head of Licensing. Henno will be heading up the company’s licensing program for the entire SEGA portfolio which includes Sonic the Hedgehog, the world famous videogame character who celebrates his 20th Anniversary this year.

SEGA Europe is actively looking to grow their licensing program and already has a broad spectrum of licensing partners including Tomy, Hachette, Smith & Brooks and GB Eye (a full list is available on request). Tasked with securing additional high calibre partners in the UK for categories such as outdoor toys, sporting goods and trading card games, Henno will also be looking at SEGA Europe’s licenses on an international level. SEGA Europe will be attending the upcoming toy fairs in London and Nuremberg as well as ISM and Spring Fair with a view to confirming new deals in the coming months. “I’m very excited to become a part of the SEGA team and to grow the licensing activities around these fantastic brands” commented Sissel Henno. “The celebration of Sonic’s 20th anniversary this year is a great way to kick start my new assignment and I’m looking forward to working with the existing licensees as well as any new partners that we can welcome to the licensing program.”

Henno has over 10 years of experience in the marketing and licensing industry, and held roles at Dale of Norway, STORM, Classic Media and 4Kids Entertainment.
