This is what we need you for

  • Design engaging and innovative toys for infants and toddlers, tailored for an international market.
  • Follow the lead of the senior designer to translate briefs into product-ready concepts using sketches, 2D elevations, 3D renderings, and prototypes, all while maintaining a design-to-cost approach.
  • Execute the entire product development process, from concept to production, ensuring every stage is carried out with precision and attention to detail.
  • Communicate comprehensive product specifications and collaborate with suppliers to ensure successful product realization.
  • Be part of our dynamic, multidisciplinary team where you will collaborate and grow with us.

This is what you can score highly with

  • Degree in industrial or product design with at least 3 years of experience, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent sketching skills are essential, with proficiency in CAD software (Rhino preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A strong passion for toys, surfaces, and fine details, with an affinity for the infant and toddler target group.
  • Collaborative team spirit and strong English communication skills.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in plastic, wood, or plush toy production is a plus.
