Senior National Account Manager - Germany (m/f/d)

Permanent position, full-time –Hybrid (Cologne office and home)


Are you experienced in managing the sales force? Do you want to grow sales for MOOSE brands and products in the German market and are you happy to travel? Then we want to know more about you!


  • Managing sales for our Moose brands and products in the German market in line with set budgets
  • Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations
  • Analysing
  • Relating and Networking
  • Set annual budgets & Forecasts by customer and by product;
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales performance of existing customers;
  • Identify key issues and opportunities and develop appropriate action plan
  • Evaluate and monitor promotional activities to ensure adequate spend of promotional funds per account as a direct percentage of sales
  • New business - Identify and prioritise target markets for new distribution; Communicate unique nature of Moose brands to new business prospects
  • Liaise with customers


  • Proven experience of working as an Account Manager
  • Deep understanding of managing a Sales team
  • Experience in developing strategies to increase sales performance
  • You have strong account management skills, can think cross-functionally and coordinate various stakeholders
  • Your way of working is independent and structured with a strong hands-on attitude
  • You have successfully completed a degree ideally with focus on Sales
  • You are a German speaker with excellent written and spoken English skills
  • You have presentation and communication skills and can confidently handle Microsoft Office
  • Ideally you have experience working within the toy industry or with consumer products
