As global audiences prepare for the release of DC Studios’ first feature film, “Superman,” Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products (WBDGCP) is launching a massive global collection that celebrates the iconic DC Super Hero and the highly anticipated new film from Writer/Director/Producer James Gunn. In collaboration with more than 100 premier partners – including Mattel, Squishmallows, Funko, Spin Master, Fossil, Lids, Lucky Brand, Hot Topic and BoxLunch, Alex and Ani, Keebler, Pets + People, Build-A-Bear, and Random House Children’s Books – WBDGCP is releasing a bright and colorful range inspired by the first live-action adventure from the new cinematic DC Universe.
Available globally – and via major North America retailers including DC Shop, Target, Walmart, Hot Topic and BoxLunch – fans can secure the new collection before “Superman” releases in theaters and IMAX® nationwide on July 11, 2025 and internationally beginning July 9 2025, distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures.
“Among the largest collections we’ve ever released, our range of Superman-themed products releasing this year represents a strategic, all-hands approach with our partners and DC Studios,” said Robert Oberschelp, Head of Global Consumer Products, Warner Bros. Discovery. “Innovative and engaging products, along with eye-catching design and bold color palettes, capture the excitement and joy audiences will experience when viewing James Gunn’s ‘Superman’ on the big screen. We’re incredibly excited for fans of all ages – humans and pets alike – to celebrate this tremendous moment for Superman and DC.”
Excitement for the new film also led WBDGCP and partners like KITH, Crocs, GAP, Pottery Barn Kids, and Shoe Palace to develop additional products featuring classic Superman imagery and the Superman S-Shield. These ranges commemorate the DC Super Hero’s role across generations as a timeless global symbol of goodness, optimism, strength, and a brighter future.
